Virtual caregiving

Real caregiver visits, on the TV.

Add scheduled video visits from a trained Caring Companions caregiver, right on the same TV. They watch medications, prompt blood pressure and blood sugar, give reminders, and simply visit. Choose 15 or 30 minutes, once, twice, or three times a day, Monday through Friday. The more visits you add, the less each one costs.

Is the $99 the only required cost?

Yes. $99/month covers the device, the family app, and support, with free shipping and no contract. Everything else on this page is optional, add it only if your family wants it.

How is virtual caregiving billed?

Weekly, and in its own separate checkout from the device. That's because the device is a monthly subscription and visits are billed per week, keeping them separate makes both easy to change or cancel on their own.

Can I add or drop add-ons later?

Anytime. Add-ons are month-to-month and appear on your single monthly bill. Add them at checkout, or contact us and we'll update your plan, usually within one business day.

What's the $300 equipment fee?

The device always stays HomeTogether property. If you cancel, we send a free prepaid label to mail it back within 30 days. The $300 fee only applies if the device isn't returned, it's simply the cost to replace it, and it's waived the moment we receive it.

Do you offer a discount for existing Caring Companions clients?

Yes. If you already receive in-home care from Caring Companions, HomeTogether is offered at a reduced rate as part of blended care. Just ask your care coordinator, or contact us.
